Tilden Moschetti is a securities attorney, real estate investor, and sponsor, and he leads investment decisions at Lion’s Share Capital.
His work as an attorney is built around private offerings — how they are structured, what the documents actually commit people to, and where deals tend to come apart. That work shapes how he looks at an investment. He reads a business plan the way someone does who has seen what happens when the plan does not hold, and he is deliberate about separating what can be verified today from what depends on assumptions about tomorrow.
He holds the CCIM designation, and he brings experience in investment analysis, transaction structure, and asset ownership to the firm. On any property or business brought to Lion’s Share, he is usually the one working through the acquisition terms, the operating math, and the question of what happens if costs rise or the timetable slips.
He founded Lion’s Share Capital with Anya Moschetti. The firm invests primarily in real estate and selectively in operating businesses, and has invested across a range of real estate transactions.
